Job Description
Identify JV & financial partners.
Maintain relationship with the key people involved in financing & JV
Monitor the progress of projects proactively from a financial perspective to foresee potential road blocks and resolve them.
Prepare financial reports.
Monitor the key financial indicators proactively to ensure long term sustainability.
Assess new project feasibility from all critical angles; work in tandem with the CEO, CFO, COO and Business Development team.
Clearly understand all the financing options along with their risks & benefits at each stage of growth.
Create easy to access network of financial partners who can provide finance to our projects without additional due diligence.
Work closely with Business Development teams and clearly understand process such as Scouting, due diligence & acquisition process and Short term & long term fund requirement.
   
Skills
Should be well versed with all aspects of property business.
Should be proactive, target oriented and a fast learner with excellent communication skills.

Should be flexible and adaptable
   
Qualifications
CA preferably with Management Diploma/Degree
   
Experience
Minimum 5 years.
Must have personally handled setting up JV’s and get the projects financed or be part of the team for the same.
