Coordinate all the planning and book aspects of external meetings (society members)
Responsible for the hospitality aspect of all corporate events

Annual picnic
Celebrate festivals at Societies/Communities where we have active/prospective projects
Others
Arrange for the hospitality needs of the important stakeholders (Clients, HNI, and JV)
Food
Travel
Hotel
Have a ready reckoner for key hospitality suppliers and options
Assist and support Business Development Team
   
Skills
Should have good technical and analytical skills,
Should have excellent communication skill
Able to work under pressure
Good team player.
   
Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management
   
Experience
5 - 7 years of relevant exprience.
