Carry out estimations of all works to be executed on the projects. |

Design, plan and coordinate the total project. |

Make a comparison of actual v/s theoretical quantities for projects completed. |
|
Finalize amenities, materials and contracts for different projects. |
|
Plan for procurement of resources, MIS reporting, client and sub-contractor billing, estimation and costing. |

Should have good analytical and communication skills. |
|
Should be well versed with MS project for planning. |
