Job Description
Develop construct and facilitate the completion of the projects with the parametric set of quality, cost, time and safety to attain company set goals and recognition as one of the best construction team.
Plan, schedule and co-ordinate with Project Engineer of site in terms of construction with best quality standards, efficient material management and best accounting practices which includes proper inventory management, waste reduction, material reconciliation and proper utilization
Development of Project Budget, schedule.
Handle Contract & Vendor Management.
Provide procurement support.
Manage the site activities.
Manage quality and good workmanship practice at the site.
Ensure project delivery & close out.
Implement business planning, financial reporting including annual budget and expenditure plans.
Set time schedules for progress of the construction activities on the sites.
Finalize major contractors for various works on site.
Set up ISO standards and procedures at site.
Monitor all the laboratory and testing apparatus and procedures.
   
Skills
Should be well versed with all aspects of property business.
Should be proactive, target oriented and a fast learner with excellent communication skills.
   
Qualifications
BE (Civil) / M.E.
   
Experience
15- 20 years of relevant experience in Real Estate industry.
