To be responsible for raising and disbursement of fund for company for project finance, working capital, etc. |

To prepare financial statements, financial reports, special analysis, and information reports, on regular basis. |
|
To network with financial institution Housing Finance companies, Investors funds, etc.
To develop financial plan for long term business growth and achieve short and long range financial goals of department. |
|
To effectively manage the finance by estimating capital need, budgets and other general finance management procedures. |
|
To take care of overseas financial management of foreign operations to develop financial and budget policies and procedures. |
|
To spearhead IPO process of company. |

| Skills |
|
Should be well versed with all aspects of property business. |
|
Should be proactive, target oriented and a fast learner with excellent communication skills. |
|
Familiar with various financial instruments. |

| Qualifications |
|
CA preferably with Management Diploma / Degree |

| Experience |
|
7-12 years experience in real estate industry |
