Job Title: Senior Engineers - Quality Assurance & Quality Control     Job Description Test materials. Organize and install the QC laboratory at all sites and conduct the routine test of all materials. Check the conformity of material as per requirement and test concrete, control the batching plant, tiling work, finishing work etc. Prepare records of inspection result. Review calibration of testing equipment. Inspect and report on sub-contractors work based on contract document and observation. Implement the QA/QC systems and procedures at the site. Impart quality training to the site personnel. Conduct periodic audit to ensure that the set norms are being followed at the site. Report anomalies and non conformities in quality. Review the process of construction at the site periodically and profess changes to adhere to quality norms     Skills Should have sound knowledge of Quality Control / Quality Assurance procedures. Should be a good task master, have flair to control day to day activities. Should be a good observer, have a skill of keeping records in systematic manner and have good adaptability attitude.
